Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between MAHAKAL TOUR & TRAVELS (“we,” “us,” or “our”) and the client (“you” or “your”) for all travel-related services. By booking with us, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Booking and Payment

2.1 Booking Process:

All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
A booking is confirmed only when you receive a written confirmation from us.

2.2 Payment Terms:

A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total booking amount is required at the time of confirmation.
The balance payment must be made no later than [5 days] before the travel start date.
Failure to pay on time may result in the cancellation of your booking.

2.3 Late Bookings:
For bookings made within 5 days of the travel start date, full payment is required at the time of booking.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

3.1 Cancellation by the Client:

All cancellation requests must be made in writing.
Cancellation fees are as follows:
20 days or more before departure: 5% of total cost
10 days before departure: 10% of total cost
5 days or less before departure: 20% of total cost
3.2 Cancellation by Us:

We reserve the right to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., force majeure, insufficient participants). In such cases, a full refund or alternative arrangements will be provided.

4. Changes and Modifications

4.1 By the Client:
Requests to modify bookings must be submitted in writing and are subject to availability and additional charges.
4.2 By Us:
We reserve the right to make minor changes to your itinerary for operational reasons. Significant changes will be communicated in advance, and suitable alternatives will be offered.

5. Travel Documents

It is your responsibility to ensure that you have all necessary travel documents, including passports, visas, and permits. We are not liable for any issues arising from incorrect or missing documentation.

7. Liabilities

7.1 Our Liability:

We act only as an intermediary between you and third-party service providers (e.g., airlines, hotels, transport operators). We are not responsible for their performance.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the booking.

7.2 Your Liability:

You are responsible for your conduct during the tour and any damages caused by you to property or other persons.

8. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or political events.

9. Complaints and Disputes

Any complaints must be raised during the tour or within 3 days of its completion. We will make every effort to resolve them promptly.
Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of INDIA/UP.

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and safeguard your information.

11. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you in writing.
