• Payments once made are non-refundable under any circumstances.
• Remaining amount should be paid in installments on check booking page before Tour.
• Changes to travel dates are subject to approval and additional charges.
• Mahakal Tour and Travels is not liable for delays caused by weather or external events.
• All guests must carry valid government-issued ID proof during the journey.
• Any damage to the property or misconduct will lead to cancellation without refund.
• Travelers must report at the pickup point on the scheduled date and time.
• All legal disputes are subject to Indian jurisdiction only.
• Mahakal Tour and Travels reserves the right to modify or cancel the itinerary in emergencies.
• This is Ticket-cum-receipt valid only if all installments are paid.
• Booking confirmation will be deemed accepted under these terms.
